Log-In Problems? You may need to register your CAC card into the MyBiz+ system. To do that, Click OK on the DOD NOTICE AND CONSENT BANNER screen. Click on your non-email certificate at the Choose a Digital Certificate screen. Scroll the screen to the section Smart Card Registration.

Effective December 1, 2017, the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) was replaced by the Government Retirement and Benefits (GRB) Platform system. The GRB Platform provides you with information about retirement and your benefits just as EBIS did. Although it will have a new “look and feel,” the GRB Platform will offer you the same information as EBIS, plus some added features.
Participation in TSP is optional, but strongly encouraged, especially for FERS employees because it is a major portion of the total retirement benefit package. New employees are automatically enrolled to contribute 3 percent to their TSP. You may elect to change or stop the contributions using EBIS.
